The Deutsche Skiverband (DSV) is the umbrella organisation of the german skiing clubs. umwerk developed an ERP-system for the DSV for the administration of every member of all clubs. Additionally, this system manages the overview of inventory, vehicles and many other posts. Further systems provide the administration of all races, the compendium as well as their general website. Thanks to Single-Sign-On (SSO) all systems can be accessed via a central user account.

As the individual systems are linked to one another, the storage of redundant data is avoided. By using role management it can also be decided which users can access which systems and to what extent. But not only direct members have access. Authorised third parties, such as the DOSB, can also access the systems with their own API. This eases the organisation of races as well as the involvement of sponsors. All necessary sources of information are provided to journalists in the form of internal access for the press as well as a digital compendium.

But not only the development and support of the system is achieved by umwerk, the hosting or rather the administration, in general, is run by the umwerk systems.
