Service App
We have developed a user-friendly platform in close collaboration with Marquardt Küchen that enables service partners to process orders digitally. The app is used to document orders and send them directly to the backend after delivery or installation. The customer then receives an email with all the necessary documents.
This new app creates real added value for the collaboration between the service partners and Marquardt Küchen through innovative app development.

Challenge
The development of user-friendly and cross-platform user interfaces was just one of the challenges in this project. Additionally it was important to ensure reliable and seamless offline functionality. Integration with existing backend systems and ensuring the scalability of the infrastructure for a growing user base were also crucial.
Solution
For the app development and its user interface, the focus was on simple and intuitive user guidance. Continuous testing and adjustments based on user feedback ensured optimal user-friendliness. To protect user data, we used proven authentication methods such as OAuth, which also prevent unauthorized access. Functions such as offline data storage, immediate feedback on network status and smooth data synchronization when available further optimize the user experience. Our app structure, supported by RESTful APIs and cloud technologies, enables efficient scalability and responsive backend integration.
