V-Bank is a Munich-based private bank with an emphasis on asset management. It has a broad network of asset managers. In the course of a relaunch of the V-Bank Website a separate login area was integrated for these groups.
BAA - Beschwerde-Anfrage-Analyse
To continually guarantee great service, a web-based ticket-system for specified requirements was implemented for the V-Bank. Namely the BAA (Complaint-Request-Analysis). To achieve this goal, external partners were pulled on board and our SSO-service was applied. A buyable solution could not be considered in this case as most of the standard services couldn’t meet the V-Bank’s requirements regarding complexity and features.
This service additionally allows the creation of reports and performance of an analyses. These reports represent an overview for the V-Bank's governing body.
V-Check is a CRM Tool that functions as an intersection between customer and asset manager. This service also profits from our Single-Sign-On.
With this tool, asset managers have access to view their individual customer base. Moreover the entire customer base is viewable for the V-Bank in a structured manor.
