Full flexibility

You can organise your working hours as flexible as you like - it just has to suit your customers and team.
Would you prefer to work part-time? No problem either. You can also work from another EU country for up to 15 days a year (longer if necessary).

Further training

We think it's important that you can continue your professional development and keep up to date! That's why you will receive a development budget of €2.000, which you can use for training courses, conferences, learning platforms or similar.

Fitness

We want to keep fit and have fun at the same time! Our 45-minute functional training / pilates online courses take place once a week

Remote office culture

Work wherever you want - you can work from home or in one of our modern offices in Munich and Stuttgart

1. Application

Simply send us your CV and apply for one of our vacancies. Once we have received your application, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt and we will get back to you as soon as possible with initial feedback.

2. Get-To-Know-Call with HR

Let's get to know each other: In a short call (approx. 20 minutes) we clarify the most important points and all questions for both sides - about the position, the process and umwerk.

3. Team-Call

Your manager will give you a transparent insight into your new team and your tasks. In a 90-minute video call, we will go through the technical skills that are most important for the position, give you an insight into the umwerk world and take the time to answer all your questions.

4. Decision-Making-Call

You will get to know our CTO or one of our Managing Partners in a video call or in person at the office: We want to show you why your role is so important to us. And if there are any questions left unanswered from the last interviews, we will find time for them here.

5. Contract offer

Perfect match? Great!

We are delighted and want to make sure that everything is right and to your satisfaction: In a short telephone conversation, we will discuss all the important framework data before we send you the contract digitally and by post. Then everything is ready for your career at UMWERK.
